Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

Assembly
Setting up the Hathaway Alpine 8-ft Outdoor Pool Table is straightforward and can be completed in about 45–60 minutes. Due to the table’s solid 306 lb build, it’s best to have two adults handle the assembly and positioning.
The process starts by placing all parts on a clean, flat surface and confirming that everything listed in the parts sheet is included.
The main steps involve attaching the four legs to the table body using the provided bolts and washers, installing the leg levelers, and then carefully uprighting the table once all connections are secure.
After leveling the table, simply add the accessories: cues, balls, triangle, and chalk, and you’re ready to play.
No special tools are required beyond a Phillips head screwdriver, a level, and the included hex wrench. The table comes mostly preassembled, so you’ll spend most of your time tightening bolts and adjusting the levelers for a perfect playing surface.
