What is your Return Policy?

Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

Inside Delivery and White Glove Delivery are available for some of our products for an extra charge. Some products are not eligible for upgraded shipping. In a situation that you placed an order with upgraded shipping and it's not eligible, we will process the order with Curbside Delivery and we won't charge you for the extra shipping option.

IMPORTANT:

Most of Gaming Blaze orders ship via freight carriers. It's the customer's responsibility to inspect for any damages that may have been incurred in transit, no matter how large the order or the product is. Be sure to fully inspect your merchandise before signing off the Bill of Lading. If you notice any discrepancies be sure to note that on the bill of lading and to refuse the damaged boxes.
