What is your Return Policy?

Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

It's all in the name! Hathaway's Triple Threat 3-in-1 Multi Game Table delivers the excitement of classic billiards, thrilling air hockey, and fast-paced ping pong all in one package!

Engineered from quality wood construction, this table features leg levelers that ensures an even playing surface while standing its own against tough, competitive players. Converting between games is easy and convenient. Simply rotate the table and lock into place to change between billiards and air hockey. Table tennis comes as a removable top.

The pool table features rubber drop pockets and L-shaped gun rubber cushions that reduces the amount of noise so you can enjoy the excitement without the obnoxious sound allowing you to play at all hours of the day and night despite sleeping family members. With simple, interlocking dowels, this table is safe and secure.

Upgraded shipping options: 

Inside Delivery and White Glove Delivery are available for some of our products for an extra charge. Some products are not eligible for upgraded shipping. In a situation that you placed an order with upgraded shipping and it's not eligible, we will process the order with Curbside Delivery and we won't charge you for the extra shipping option.

It's the customer's responsibility to inspect for any damages that may have been incurred in transit, no matter how large the order or the product is.
