Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

Assembly
Setting up the Hathaway Jupiter 7-ft Pool Table is straightforward and can typically be completed in about 45 minutes. It’s best done with two adults, as the table is fairly heavy and needs to be flipped upright after assembly.
The process starts with unpacking all parts and checking them against the included parts list.
Once verified, the legs and leg panels are attached to the main cabinet using the included bolts and washers.
After that, you’ll install the leg levelers to ensure the table sits evenly on the floor. The table is then carefully flipped upright. This is where having a second person is essential to avoid damage or injury.
Finally, small accessories like pockets and hardware are secured before leveling the table for a flat playing surface.
Most users find the process manageable with basic tools (an Allen wrench and screwdriver are included). Electric screwdrivers can be used on low torque settings to speed up the job.
