What is your Return Policy?

Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

The Helmsley is the perfect marriage between poker table design and modern functional dining furniture.  The dining top, base and matching chairs are all solid wood and finishing in durable, rustic elegance. The dining top sits on pegs which do not leave marks on the poker table surface, and the dining top removes to reveal the true hidden gem: your new home poker table.  

The poker table features BBO’s standard premium materials and design elements. There is also an option for a convertible dealer position so as your game progresses and players drop out, someone can take over the conversion dealer position and easily transition to a full time dealer for the remainder of the evening.
