What is your Return Policy?

Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

Combining the most popular games of billiards and air hockey all in one place, the Original Pockey will sure to bring hours of entertainment to you, your family, and your guests.

Transitioning between the games is easy with our tri-fold table top technology. Just unlock the latches, flip, and lock the latches again for secured game play! The table can also be locked upright for easy storage. Convenient 7ft size fits well in tight spaces and gives you the flexibility of placement.

The pool side of the table is created with built-in pocket design and real rubber bumpers for an authentic bounce. The entire scaffold is covered in heavy-duty cloth giving it true game play as well as a luxurious look.

On the flip side, the air hockey table is fully powered by an electric motor with an output of up to 80 cubic feet of air per minute. Extra glossy surface allows for effortless motion and the hockey rink graphics offer an exciting atmosphere for game play.
