What is your Return Policy?

Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt for any reason. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@anytainmenthouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and a prepaid shipping label. Items must be securely packaged and shipped within 7 days using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by Anytainment House. Refunds for returns due to a change of mind will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including all shipping costs.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, follow the return process after receiving your order. Please note that custom or personalized products, perishable items, intimate goods, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return or refund.

Its 1.5-inch thick, solid hardwood butcher block playing surface, made with finger-jointed wood, is coated in a sleek polyurethane finish for durability and smooth puck movement. To prevent warping due to humidity changes, the table comes equipped with climate adjusters, allowing you to fine-tune the surface as needed. The cabinet is made from durable MDF with a walnut laminate and reinforced with cabinet-grade plywood corners to ensure safe delivery. The sturdy legs feature large, 6-inch independent leg levelers, making it easy to level the table on any surface.
